Pilates and mobility work is for anyone who wants to move with more comfort, confidence and control — regardless of age, fitness level, or exercise history.
My group sessions are suitable for people who are new to exercise, returning after a break, or looking for a gentler yet effective way to build strength and improve mobility. I use a range of exercises and will also offer alternatives and modifications to ensure the class is inclusive for everyone.
My Pilates sessions are designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and live more comfortably in your body — at every stage of life.
With qualifications in Pilates, yoga, mindfulness, and sports massage; I take a holistic and highly individual approach to functional movement. My special focus is using Pilates and mobility-based exercises to support injury recovery, manage muscular discomfort, and counteract the physical effects of ageing, so you can continue doing the things you love with confidence.
Pilates offers a safe, effective way to build deep core strength, improve joint mobility, and enhance body awareness — all essential for long-term health and resilience.
I place great emphasis on mindful movement, breath awareness, and controlled, functional exercises. This approach not only supports physical rehabilitation but also helps reduce stress, improve focus, and creates a greater sense of wellness.
My goal is to help you move with less pain, more freedom, and greater confidence — supporting not just recovery, but a higher quality of life now and in the years ahead. I truly want my clients to enjoy movement as much as I do.
The human body is amazing but it does need some TLC to keep it running smoothly, just like a classic car!
I currently deliver group Pilates sessions through local sports centres, Abingdon and Witney college and in the summer I host outdoor sessions which are ticketed via Eventbrite.
If you are interested in booking a group session for a private event such as a charity fundraising event, hen party or corporate wellness session, please use the contact form at the top of this webpage.
1:1 Pilates sessions are particularly beneficial for individuals with a specific health condition, injury, or sporting goal because they allow for a fully personalised approach.
After an assessment of your posture and movement, I will design your mobility programme in line with the goals we set together. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, movement patterns, limitations, and objectives, ensuring exercises are safe, appropriate, and effective. This individual attention allows for careful assessment, precise cueing, and ongoing adaptation as your body changes or progresses.
Please note that 1:2 sessions can be suitable but the effectiveness of the session relies on both participants having a similar physical ability or fitness goal.
